In this compulsively playable puzzle game, join Lucy Fleetfoot, a Secret Agent for the Secret Operations League (SOL). Your mission is to rescue a batch of missing Pokémon, stolen by a band of wicked henchmen: the Phobos Battalion! Slide Poké Balls up, down, left or right to assemble four matching Balls into a vertical or horizontal row, creating a Pokémon Link. After making a Link, the player gets a “Link Chance”, meaning you'll briefly be able to make a Pokémon Link by lining up two or three Poké Balls in a row instead of the usual four. With a Link Chance, lines can also be made in T and L shapes, meaning that if you’re fast enough you can build a huge combo score! The action is spread across both screens of the Nintendo DS; be careful, if the Poké Balls stack too high, the game will end. Each Pokémon Link you make also means another Pokémon is added to your Link List; try to add all the available Pokémon! You can increase your chances of hunting down the rarer Pokémon by playing wirelessly with a friend. Enter the Agent Café to use Espionage Mode, where you can exchange Agent Cards with other Pokémon players (similar to the Bark Mode in Nintendogs) for the chance to trace the more elusive Pokémon. As you progress through Pokémon Link!’s Adventure Mode you’ll visit various exciting locations on the world map, including a volcano and a desert. You’ll also need to complete more than twenty levels, defeating Generals of the Phobos Battalion by making a certain amount of Pokémon Links – beware, if you’re not quick enough the General you're fighting may reset your score, meaning you have to start again from the beginning. There’s also an Endless Mode, which you can play to try and beat your high score, and two multiplayer Modes. Battle Mode lets you take on a friend, competing to see who can get the highest score, while in Pair Mode the two of you can team up, working together to make a high score.· Use the stylus to manipulate the pieces in this easy-to-learn, hard-to-put-down puzzle game· Set off chain reactions for huge high scores· Four Modes: play alone or with a pal to play together· Multiplayer action for two players with just one Game Card· Over 380 Pokémon appear in the game and can be added to your Link List· Includes a demo version, Pokémon Link!
