From legendary development team Treasure comes Gunstar Future Heroes, a frenetic 2D side scrolling shooter where only the very quickest reactions will prevail! Lead characters Blue and Red must do whatever it takes to prevent a crystal of great power falling into the hands of a nefarious empire which plans to resurrect the God of Ruin! Both characters take differing routes to achieve the same goal, and the choice of difficulty level will also affect the path you take. Blazing your way through six colossally frenzied levels, use lasers and machine guns to take out the enemy, lob a few bombs, or even dish out some beats with a little unarmed combat.As you scorch through interior and exterior levels, speeding through mine shafts or dashing across the wings of a plane as it streaks through the sky, you'll be dazzled by the blistering graphical effects. Just don't spend too long gawping at the visuals, or you're sure to fall prey to a seemingly inexhaustible supply of enemy soldiers. There's a varied selection of bosses to bust too, and beating them is so much fun that you're sure to keep coming back to the Future Heroes!
