NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams

Slip into the subconscious and take a journey to a world of pure imagination: Nightopia.

As the dream jester named NiGHTS, you’ll soar through the rich, vibrant Nightopia, a place where dreams come to life. Using the Wii Remote, you’ll make NiGHTS glide, spiral and loop through a variety of mystical dream worlds and confront the Nightmarens threatening Nightopia.

This unique flight-action game is about finding your flow and transferring that to movements for the ultra-acrobatic NiGHTS. The more rings you can guide NiGHTS through, the more combos you make. Become one with NiGHTS to overcome obstacles and clear missions that will ultimately save Nightopia from the Nightmarens.

In a first for Wii, NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams will tailor some aspects of its gameplay in relation to the Wii Forecast Channel and the current weather in your location. If your Wii console is connected to the Internet and you activated the WiiConnect24 feature, the My Dream area of NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams will become available.

My Dream is a customizable environment where you’re free to roam. In the area, you can capture, raise and even combine the inhabitants (called A-Life) from the world of Nightopia to generate real-time weather effects. For example, if the current weather forecast is clear and sunny, the My Dream environment will be clear and sunny as well.

By using NiGHTS’ ability to para-loop in the story mode, NiGHTS can capture A-Life creatures and transfer them to your My Dream space. Your My Dream environment will evolve depending on how you nurture the A-Life.

During the course of gameplay, NiGHTS will also wear a variety of dream masks. Each of these masks transforms NiGHTS and helps the jester better navigate obstacles by transforming NiGHTS into a rocket or a dolphin.

On top of all that, NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams is playable via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, allowing you to race and battle against others through Nightopia. It’s an adventure filled with courage, hope and inspiration that the whole family will enjoy!
