Puzzle League DS doesn’t just improve on the search-and-match fun of Nintendo’s Puzzle League franchise - it takes it to an entirely new level! With wireless battles, Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection compatibility and an easy-to-control Touch Screen interface, Puzzle League DS delivers exciting, stylish gameplay that anyone can enjoy. The concept of the game is very simple: Match three or more similar blocks to clear them from your screen. The blocks resting on top of the matched blocks then fall down to fill the vacant space. If players can make chain reactions of matched blocks, they will score lots of points. When playing a Vs. Battle, chain reactions will send “garbage” blocks to the opponent’s screen, putting pressure on him to make combinations before those garbage blocks reach the top of the screen. When a player’s block reaches the top of the screen, that player loses. Puzzle League DS makes it easier for players to make matches within their puzzles thanks to the DS Touch Screen. Players hold the DS like a book and use the stylus to slide blocks and make matches on the Touch Screen. Adding an customisation element to the franchise, players can change the game backgrounds and block designs. The addition of music styles such as dance, techno and electronic make Puzzle League DS a hip experience. Want to play Puzzle League DS against friends far away? Puzzle League DS takes advantage of Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, letting those who have access to a wireless hotspot find someone from around the globe to challenge any time. Puzzle League DS also features voice chat for those people who have exchanged Friend Codes which is a special code you can give to your mate so that the two of you can find each other when you link up with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.•Six single-player modes, three quick Daily Play modes and tutorials for beginners.•Players only need one Game Card to start a game with up to three friends in local wireless mode.•Be a show off! A recording feature lets players save puzzles they’ve played and send this example of their awesome game-playing skills to friends by local wireless connection.
