    How do your puzzle-solving skills measure up? In Professor Layton and the Curious Village for Nintendo DS, you’ll be challenged to find solutions to over 130 brainteasers designed to tax your lateral thinking to the limit.

    Whether you’re attempting to slice a sandwich so that it fits in your lunch box, or trying to find a safe way to transport chicks and wolves across a river, you’ll need to use the DS Touch Screen and all the brain power you can muster to come up with an answer to your problem.

    To get a taste of the puzzles in store in Professor Layton and the Curious Village, check out the first in a series of three conundrums below. This week, you’ll have to test your sense of direction and general knowledge on your way to finding a solution.
