No. We are not able to combine two different Nintendo Accounts together into one.
Please note that you can link up to 8 Nintendo Accounts to a single Nintendo Switch console, and that everyone that plays on a console that can load virtual game cards can play a game when the virtual game card is loaded. You may also find information about moving your Nintendo Account (and purchases) between consoles helpful.
